Haydock Finance strengthens senior leadership team with key executive appointments

Haydock Finance has announced a series of senior leadership appointments as the business continues to deliver its strategic growth plans and invest in its long-term future.

Andrea O'Brien has been appointed Sales Director, drawing on over 26 years of experience in the asset finance sector, 24 of which have been spent with Haydock. Drawing on extensive expertise across the business and a deep understanding of the industry, Andrea has played a key role in expanding and strengthening the broker partner network while leading the Broker Sales Division. In her new role, Andrea will provide strategic leadership across the sales function and help to drive Haydock's long-term growth ambitions. She will report directly to Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer, Andy Taylor.

Alistair Brew has been appointed Finance Director, having progressed rapidly through a number of senior finance roles since joining Haydock Finance in February 2021. Joining initially as Commercial Finance Analyst, Alistair was subsequently promoted to Commercial Finance Manager before becoming Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. During his time with the business, he has played a key role in strengthening financial planning, commercial insight and strategic decision-making. In his new role, Alistair will be responsible for overseeing Haydock’s financial strategy and funding operations, helping to ensure the business remains well-positioned to support SMEs and long-term growth objectives.

Haydock has also confirmed the appointment of Alison Perks as IT & Transformation Director . Alison brings extensive experience in leading business transformation, technology-enabled change and organisational development across a range of sectors. Having joined Haydock in 2023 on a consultancy basis to lead and implement business change, Alison will now be responsible for driving the technology strategy and transformation agenda, ensuring the business continues to enhance operational efficiency while delivering an outstanding service experience.
