£6 Million Deal To Restructure Existing Finance Agreements

The Opportunity

We were contacted by broker partner Andrew Thrower of Constructive Asset Finance, an appointed representative of Vaughans, with the opportunity to assist their client who operates in the construction industry.

The client wished to restructure their existing finance payments to support their growth plans.

The Solution 

Following a client visit and full analysis of the business operation, the Haydock team worked with Andrew to structure a refinance type solution that would raise a total of £6million.
