Haydock Strengthens Broker Support Service
Haydock Finance continues to focus on enhancing the customer experience as they announce a new organisational structure and appointments in their sales support team.
The new structure and expansion of this department will support the attainment of Haydock’s growth and relationship management strategies. The team is headed up by Sales Support Manager, Corinne Birkett, who has over 22 years of asset finance experience. Her responsibilities include the development of customer journey processes and communications. Corinne supervises a team of sales support co-ordinators who work closely with Haydock’s regional broker managers and their broker network. Tracey Hindle and Nicola Ince are established members of this team and have contributed to improving the efficiency of deal turnround times and building stronger broker relationships. New to the team, Gabby Clancy is the third sales support co-ordinator to be appointed. Gabby’s experience in financial administration and customer service has been a welcome addition to the team.
Gabby comments, “I am thrilled to be part of the team and utilise my experience to provide support to Haydock’s regional broker managers. I am also looking forward to working with our broker partners and help build our reputation for delivering a first-class experience.”
