Haydock’s Strategic Plan For Agriculture Unveiled

Haydock Finance has appointed Jon Hercman in the role of Head of Agriculture, marking the beginning of a fundamental new sales channel in support of the company’s growth trajectory.  

Jon brings more than 12 years’ commercial finance experience, with a proven record in sales, relationship management, credit and restructuring. His previous roles include both HSBC and Barclays. For the last 8 years, Jon has specialised in agriculture, gaining sector specific knowledge of dairy, beef and lamb, pigs, poultry and renewables, plus arable and processing. The appointment will see Jon lead the delivery of the go-to-market and sales strategies while supporting a nationwide introducer market.
