Haydock Announces 4 New Roles To Support Service Delivery

Haydock Finance has announced 4 new Deal Fulfilment Manager roles following their recent restructure of the operational landscape to meet the fast-changing needs of introducers and their SME clients.

Both Vicky Turner and Bryony Perks have been promoted internally. Vicky has been part of the payout team for over 10 years. Having worked closely with the company’s expanding introducer network, she has a strong understanding of their needs and expectations. Meanwhile Bryony Perks, who has been with Haydock for 4 years, began her career in Sales Support before moving across to more operational roles including Lead Operations Coordinator. These roles have allowed Bryony to deepen her operational knowledge and strengthen her leadership skills. The third appointment has been awarded to Kevin Boyd who joins Haydock from DF Capital, where he held several leadership roles supporting the SME market. Kevin brings a breadth of experience across the customer journey and recently led a team of Client Managers focused on service excellence. Finally, David Robinson joins the team from Santander after 26 years in their Business Banking division. David is an experienced operational leader with a strong customer focus and deep knowledge of the SME lending market.
